Unless you are having more than a facial, such as a massage or a scrub or all three! Then there is no need to fully undress you only need to remove clothing from your shoulders before making yourself comfy on the couch.
Your facial specialist will go over your skin type and fill in a consultation form with you, establishing what is needed to give you the best treatment.
During your treatment your therapist will provide soothing background music so you can relax and enjoy the facial to its full capacity.

Do I need to prepare for any of your treatments?
Time is precious for both you and your therapist. We want you to get the very most out of your treatment and still allow our therapist to make it to her next guest on time.
You can help increase your treatment time by ensuring you are ready for your therapist as soon as she arrives.
To get you in the mood for your treatment and gain the most out of it you may wish to do one or all of the below:
- Take a relaxing bath or shower to relax you for your treatment.
- Undress and put a robe on so you are ready to relax on the couch as soon as it is set up.
- If you prefer to listen to your own music rather than your therapists please feel free to set this up prior to your therapists arrival.
- Have towels readily available for your therapists use for your treatment. In theory each treatment needs 2 standard sized towels and 3 large towels.
Do I need to tip my therapist?
You are not obliged to tip. Although, if you feel your therapist deserves it and has given you a great treatment please feel free to do so if you wish.
Can I buy a treatment for a friend?

I love your products and I am sure my friends will too, can you do a home pamper party for me and my girlfriends?
Yes absolutely if you live within the M25, Essex, Portsmouth or Southampton areas one of our therapists will entertain you and your friends for the evening. Showing you just how lovely our products are and how best to use them. A minimum purchase amount is required of £75.00 this covers our therapists time and travel.
Do you do treatments for men?
Yes all of our treatments are suitable for both men and women.
I’ve never had a massage before, what can I expect?
Massage is an extension of touch and therefore portrayed in so many ways. It can be very sensual and emotional depending on your own mood and the type of massage given. If you are unsure on what type of massage to have i.e Deep tissue, Swedish, Indian head, please call us for a chat and we will recommend the best one to suit you.
In order for your therapist to give you the best possible massage you need to be comfortable and relaxed. You will need to undress down to your underwear, your therapist will ensure your decency at all times and cover you with towels once you are on the couch to keep you warm and relaxed. Oil is used in most of our massages unless you are having an Indian head massage, where oil is optional and you may also be fully clothed for this type of massage. If you have never had a massage before this might be a good one to go for to get a feel for what it is like.
Do you offer anything other than the massage stated on your website?
Please note that we are a professional company and all of our therapists have spent a long time and a lot of money being educated in either professional massage therapy or beauty therapy and the only type of massage we offer is of the professional capacity. If you are after a more sexual massage we are not for you. Please do not book a massage with the intention of asking your therapist for anything other than what is stated on our website as this will cause embarrassment and an instant ban of all our services.
I am allergic to nuts can I still have your treatments?
Yes if you have any allergies this will be bought up in the consultation form and your therapist will use alternative products.
I’m pregnant can I still have your treatments?
Yes we offer a pregnancy massage and all facials and nail treatments can be given if you are pregnant.
